Refund Policy

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and make it right. Please note that the article may not be used first.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will automatically receive your money back to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
