I want to return my order, can it be returned? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to return your order for a full refund. The return costs are for you, as soon as we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on all returned packages.
Please note: If your package is on its way, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return it before getting your refund.
Can i cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge. It is best to pass this on as soon as possible so that your package is not sent. If the item has already been shipped, you can use our easy returns system to get your money back.
I entered an incorrect address, what should I do?
If you have entered an incorrect address or misspelled it, please send us an e-mail with the correct address or fill in the contact form. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct address within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission. You can then choose to return the order.
How long does shipping take?
For NL and BE the shipping time is 1 working day, we deliver from Monday to Saturday with DHL. You will also receive a track and trace code to track your package.
